Return Conditions:

1. All returned items must include the original packaging, tags, and be in brand new condition.
2. Returns must be completed within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product.
3. Used, altered, cleaned, or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

Non-returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

1. Customized or personalized products.
2. Items marked as final sale.
3. Gift cards and vouchers.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
2. The customer service team will begin the review process.
3. Package the product securely and ensure all accessories, tags, and original packaging are included.
4. Return the product to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs:
Except for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds:
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed through your original payment method within fifteen (15) business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate the return process after receiving the product.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange request.

Currently, we do not support product exchanges. If you experience any quality issues with the product you received, please feel free to contact us, and we will provide you with the most suitable solution as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.
