We want you to feel confident when shopping with A&A CHESS. If your order is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

How to request a return
Email us at service@aa-chess.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and a short reason for the request.
Wait for our written confirmation before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.
Ship the item back in its original condition, with all pieces, boards, bags, clocks, manuals, and accessories included.

30-Day return window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Original condition
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Complete set
All included pieces, boards, bags, and accessories must be returned together.
Non-returnable
Gift cards, personalized products, replacement parts, and final-sale items — unless damaged or defective.
Issues on arrival
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos, the packaging, and your order number.
After review, we may arrange a replacement, replacement parts, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.
Shipping costs
Return shipping
For returns due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an item sent in error, A&A CHESS will cover return shipping.
For personal-reason returns — change of mind, wrong item ordered, no longer needed — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Money back
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days depending on your bank.
Something different
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, size, or style, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Before it ships
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@aa-chess.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process above.
